Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (monday thru friday, not including weekends and holidays). If there are any problems with an order, for example a back-order, the customer will be notified immediately to remedy the situation.

* Most DDR merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in california. Sometimes, we do ship smaller DDR pads from our michigan retail store (Ultimate Game Zone).

*Packages are usually shipped via UPS ground. However, the US Postal Service may be used. When your order is shipped out, you will receive an e-mail with your UPS ground tracking number, or your US Postal Service confirmation number.

* At this time, we ship within the continental united states (48 states).

* Note: It takes at least 5 business days to travel from west coast to east coast.

RETURN POLICY:

If you receive a defective product, we will replace it for you. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. As soon as we receive the returned item, a replacement will be sent out to you.

Unused items may be returned, however there is a RE-PACKING charge on all returned items. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will issue a credit on your credit card, minus the re-packing fee.
